Swatch Sales Assistant

1. Deliver exceptional client service to drive sales and meet individual and store performance targets.
2. Advise clients on product features, technical attributes and styling, with particular attention to watch craftsmanship and brand heritage.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and personalised service.
4. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions, handle cash and ensure accurate reconciliation.
5. Support visual merchandising and presentation standards to reflect brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
6. Receive, inspect and organize stock; assist with inventory counts and basic stock control procedures.
7. Maintain boutique cleanliness, product displays and compliance with loss-prevention policies.
8. Assist in-store events, promotional activities and collaborative initiatives with the store team.

1. Proven retail experience, ideally 1+ year in luxury retail, watches or fashion.
2. Polished personal presentation and professional demeanour consistent with a luxury brand environment.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
4. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and peak tourist seasons.
5. Legal authorization to work in Italy.
