Swatch Human Resources Coordinator

- Administer day-to-day HR operations for the U.S. entity, including maintenance of employee records, HRIS data integrity and confidential documentation.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling and communication with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience, including orientation logistics, equipment provisioning and completion of required documentation.
- Serve as liaison with payroll and benefits providers to resolve queries and ensure accurate, timely processing.
- Prepare routine HR reports and metrics, support ad hoc analysis and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
- Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state and local regulations and uphold company policies and standards of confidentiality.
- Support employee relations activities and act as a point of contact for staff queries regarding policies, benefits and administrative procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and record-keeping best practices in the United States.

Approximately 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a retail, luxury goods or multinational corporate environment; hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and recruitment coordination required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
