- Coordinate HR activities and processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate communication.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.

- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
- Provide support in performance management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in a human resources role preferred.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role is preferred.
