1. Coordinate HR activities and processes to ensure efficient operations.
2. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate communication.
3. Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Support the onboarding process for new hires.
5. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and events.
6. Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
7. Provide support in performance management processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Previous experience in a human resources role preferred.
3. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
