Swatch Group Senior SAP Developer

- Design, develop and maintain SAP solutions across the enterprise landscape, with emphasis on ABAP development and S/4HANA adaptations.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver end-to-end development, testing and deployment.
- Lead integration workstreams including IDoc, BAPI, RFC and OData service implementations to connect SAP with third-party systems.
- Perform code reviews, optimisation and troubleshooting to ensure performance, stability and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers and business stakeholders to prioritise deliverables and manage release cycles.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to knowledge‑sharing and best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in incident management and problem resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven expertise in ABAP development including ABAP Objects and modern ABAP paradigms.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, Fiori/UI5 concepts and SAP integration technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear technical specifications and to work directly with business stakeholders.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to operate effectively within an international, cross-functional environment.

Typically 5+ years of hands-on SAP development experience, including multiple full lifecycle implementations or major enhancement projects; proven track record in ABAP and integration workstreams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience; SAP certifications are an advantage.
