Swatch Group Senior SAP Developer

1. Design, develop and maintain SAP solutions across the enterprise landscape, with emphasis on ABAP development and S/4HANA adaptations.
2. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver end-to-end development, testing and deployment.
3. Lead integration workstreams including IDoc, BAPI, RFC and OData service implementations to connect SAP with third-party systems.
4. Perform code reviews, optimisation and troubleshooting to ensure performance, stability and adherence to coding standards.
5. Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers and business stakeholders to prioritise deliverables and manage release cycles.
6. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to knowledge‑sharing and best practices.
7. Maintain technical documentation and participate in incident management and problem resolution.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Proven expertise in ABAP development including ABAP Objects and modern ABAP paradigms.
3. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, Fiori/UI5 concepts and SAP integration technologies.
4. Demonstrated ability to produce clear technical specifications and to work directly with business stakeholders.
5. Professional communication skills and the ability to operate effectively within an international, cross-functional environment.
