1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
2. Admitted to practice law in Switzerland or another relevant jurisdiction.
3. Extensive experience in intellectual property law, particularly in brand protection and online enforcement.

1. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
3. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in intellectual property law, with a focus on brand protection and online enforcement.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
