1. Provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on product selection.

5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

1. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion sectors.
2. Strong understanding of customer service principles.
3. Fluency in German and English.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

At least 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with a preference for luxury or fashion industry experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.
