1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients at the OMEGA boutique in Zurich Airport.
2. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
3. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of OMEGA products and brand heritage.
4. Assist in visual merchandising and inventory management.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury watch market and customer expectations.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
3. Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
4. Attention to detail and a passion for luxury goods.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.

High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in business or retail management is advantageous.
