- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at the OMEGA boutique in Zurich Airport.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of OMEGA products and brand heritage.
- Assist in visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury watch market and customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and a passion for luxury goods.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in business or retail management is advantageous.
