1. Provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on OMEGA products.

5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury watch market.
3. Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are an asset.
