- Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company offerings.
- Maintain and update employee records related to payroll and benefits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll and benefits processes.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with federal and state payroll regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration is required, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
