5. Conduct legal research and provide updates on relevant legal developments.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
2. Admitted to practice law in Switzerland or another relevant jurisdiction.
3. Specialization in business law.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
4. Proficiency in legal research and contract negotiation.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal counsel role, preferably within the luxury or watchmaking industry.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
