Swatch Group IT Project Manager

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programmes, defining scope, schedule, budget and quality criteria while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders — including business units, operations, finance and external vendors — to drive project milestones and decision-making.
3. Manage third-party suppliers and integrators, negotiating contracts, overseeing deliverables and enforcing service-level agreements.
4. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers and change control processes; proactively identify and mitigate programme risks.
5. Oversee requirements gathering, solution design reviews and acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet functional and compliance requirements.
6. Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tailor governance to project scale and complexity.
7. Monitor project financials, report status to senior management, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable business benefits.
8. Promote knowledge transfer and continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and establishing best-practice processes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline — or equivalent professional experience.
2. Project management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent); Agile certifications (CSM, PSM) advantageous.
3. Proven experience managing mid-to-large scale IT implementations, ideally including ERP, CRM or digital transformation projects.
4. Demonstrable vendor and stakeholder management experience within a multinational environment.
5. Strong analytical skills with experience producing project governance artifacts: business cases, risk logs and RACI matrices.
