- Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Support the management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training and developing store staff.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Open and close the store, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
High school diploma or equivalent.
