1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets.
4. Manage inventory and visual merchandising to maintain store standards.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
6. Support in training and development of store personnel.
