Sephora Warehouse Associate

1. Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments based on business needs.
3. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including OSHA standards, to ensure safe working practices.
4. Comply with all Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
5. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as required.
6. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals for product receiving, picking, and replenishment.
3. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately.
4. Capability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes.
5. Strong teamwork skills and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is required.

Starting base pay is $17.00 per hour, with potential for shift differential pay.
