Sephora Warehouse Associate

- Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
- Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments based on business needs.
- Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including OSHA standards, to ensure safe working practices.
- Comply with all Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as required.
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
- Ability to operate RF terminals for product receiving, picking, and replenishment.
- Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately.
- Capability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.
Beginner level experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is required.
