Sephora Visual Merchandising Manager

- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans that align with Sephora's category strategy.
- Lead the design of in-store visual displays and develop fixture catalogues and toolkits.
- Guide Market Visual Merchandising teams and vendors to ensure adherence to Sephora guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising strategies.
- Build a network of reliable visual merchandising vendors in local markets.
- Standardize and ensure consistency of visual merchandising guidelines across SEA countries.
- Provide support and guidance to Market Visual Merchandising teams.
- Collaborate closely with SEA and Market Visual Merchandising teams to align visual displays with brand standards and marketing objectives.
- Provide timely feedback to Market Visual Merchandising teams for in-store activation adjustments.
- At least 6 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.
- Proven track record in designing innovative in-store visual displays.
- Experience in managing animation calendars and ensuring sales ROI for brand animations.
- Proficiency in developing toolkits and regional guidelines.
- Familiarity with analyzing performance metrics to assess impact on sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
