Sephora Visual Merchandising Manager

- Lead project developments and deployments in the European region, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and execution standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Category Management, Purchasing, Supply, and brand suppliers, to co-construct a coherent store vision.
- Develop and support a team of three, fostering cross-functional coordination and management.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of merchandising guidelines to ensure consistency across all categories.
- Supervise VM updates for exclusive skincare and fragrance brands, ensuring compliance with processes and timelines.
- Build project roadmaps and budget plans in collaboration with the category management team.
- Manage calls for tenders, including briefing suppliers, reviewing prototypes, and negotiating prices.
- Coordinate brand projects, ensuring technical validation and timely production and installation.
- Communicate key project information to European countries.
- University degree or diploma from a business school or creative institution.
- 7 to 9 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
- Managerial and leadership experience in cross-functional project management.
- Organizational and adaptable with strong prioritization skills.
- Proactive and autonomous with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Product and aesthetic awareness.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
7 to 9 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, ideally within the cosmetics industry.
University degree or equivalent diploma.
