Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and adhere to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Perform shipment receipt and processing efficiently and organize the stockroom according to company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers as per company guidelines.
6. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
7. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
8. Participate in inventory control and programs to reduce shortage/loss.
9. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask while being attentive to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$18.00 - CAD$21.20 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
