1. Coordinate and manage seasonal update campaigns for Sephora Collection's permanent fixtures.
2. Create merchandising materials such as guidelines, merchandising plans, product orders, distribution files, visuals, and labels using Excel, PowerPoint, and internal software.
3. Conduct site visits post-update to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
4. Manage bi-annual furniture orders for new store openings or remodels.
5. Work on cross-functional projects to create processes and guidelines, improve existing tools, and optimize merchandising methods.
6. Collaborate daily with various internal and external stakeholders.

1. Master's degree with a specialization in Marketing or Merchandising.
2. Fluent in English, comfortable with daily communication across European countries.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to propose solutions.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Interest in the cosmetics industry.
