1. Manage and oversee seasonal update campaigns for SEPHORACOLLECTION displays.
2. Participate in the creation and management of merchandising materials, including visual aids and labels.
3. Conduct regular field visits to ensure merchandising standards are met.
4. Manage inventory of existing merchandising materials for SEPHORACOLLECTION.
5. Engage in cross-functional projects such as eco-design and merchandising tool optimization.
6. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

1. Enrollment in a higher education program (Master's level) in Marketing or Merchandising.
2. Proficiency in English, with the ability to engage in daily communication across different regions.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of initial professional experience is required, with retail experience considered advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing or Merchandising.
