Sephora Visual Merchandising Assistant Intern

- Manage orders, coordination, and follow-up of seasonal update campaigns for Sephora Collection's permanent fixtures.
- Create merchandising materials necessary for the production and implementation of updates, including guidelines, merchandising plans, product orders, distribution files, visuals, and labels using Excel, PowerPoint, and internal software.
- Transmit merchandising materials to countries for local update production.
- Conduct field visits post-update to ensure compliance with implementations.
- Oversee two annual campaigns for ordering fixtures for new or remodeled stores.
- Work on cross-functional projects, including process creation, guideline development, and tool optimization.
- Collaborate daily with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program with a specialization in Marketing or Merchandising.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to engage in daily communications with international teams.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and internal software.
- Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Interest in the cosmetics industry.
A first professional experience is required, with retail experience considered advantageous.
Master's program in Marketing or Merchandising.
