Role & Responsibilities
- Drive strategic transformation of HR data.
- Leverage HR data to optimize operations and practices.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems.
- Participate in HR Business Intelligence projects for advanced data analysis and reporting.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies in collaboration with local HR teams.
- Create impactful reports to support strategic HR decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency for reliable analysis.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in statistical methods and techniques for data analysis.
- Experience in data cleaning and organization, managing missing data and anomalies.
- Passion for HR data governance and familiarity with HRIS tools.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with HR and IT stakeholders.
- Adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Good command of English.

Beginner level experience in data management or analysis.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field preferred.
