- Define and lead the long-term enterprise vision and strategy for the Sephora Media Network, aligning with Sephora's business objectives and brand needs.
- Own full P&L accountability for the Retail Media Network, including revenue growth, forecasting, inventory strategy, and financial performance.

- Proven executive leadership experience driving growth, scaling complex businesses, and managing P&L responsibility in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in cross-platform digital advertising solutions, ad technology stacks, programmatic media, and retail media ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success leading large, multi-layered organizations and influencing at the C-suite and Board level.
