Sephora Training Coordinator

- Plan, organize, and conduct employee training on various functional skills.
- Maintain knowledge of new training methods and industry requirements.
- Identify operational changes that could benefit from training enhancements.
- Conduct and facilitate required and recommended training sessions.
- Lead MHE training and recertification, as well as other safety trainings.
- Evaluate performance of current trainers and conduct training audits.
- Assist in creating an annual Training Calendar.
- Maintain records of successful training completions.
- Minimum of 1 year of applicable training experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
