Sephora Training Coordinator

1. Plan, organize, and conduct employee training on various functional skills.
2. Maintain knowledge of new training methods and industry requirements.
3. Identify operational changes that could benefit from training enhancements.
4. Conduct and facilitate required and recommended training sessions.
5. Lead MHE training and recertification, as well as other safety trainings.
6. Evaluate performance of current trainers and conduct training audits.
7. Assist in creating an annual Training Calendar.
8. Maintain records of successful training completions.

1. Minimum of 1 year of applicable training experience.

1. Ability to work flexible hours.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
7. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Minimum of 1 year of applicable training experience.

The target hourly pay for this position is $20.00 - $21.40, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
