Sephora Tax Assistant (Apprenticeship)

1. Conduct technical research on French and international tax issues and draft clear, concise tax memoranda for internal stakeholders.
2. Support internal teams (accounting, legal, finance) and subsidiaries with operational tax queries and compliance matters.
3. Contribute to transfer pricing documentation and the monitoring of group transfer pricing policy.
4. Assist on tax aspects of corporate restructurings and cross-border transactions, liaising with LVMH holding, external counsel and tax authorities as required.
5. Maintain tax technical monitoring (jurisprudence, legislative changes, guidance) and coordinate dissemination of relevant updates across the organisation.

1. Master 2 (or equivalent) in Tax Law; candidate preparing the bar (élève-avocat) preferred.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills with proven drafting ability.
3. Rigorous, curious and proactive with polished interpersonal and stakeholder-management capabilities.
4. Good command of English (required); additional languages are an asset.

Entry-level: previous internship(s) or an initial professional experience in a corporate tax department or in a law/tax firm is a plus.
