1. Coordinate and manage the talent pool for Sephora's corporate division.
2. Identify and engage with potential candidates from diverse backgrounds, focusing on affirmative action for Black individuals.
3. Facilitate the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent management.
2. Proven track record in promoting diversity and inclusion within a corporate setting.
3. Strong understanding of the beauty industry and its trends.
