1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of the store, ensuring seamless execution of Sephora's operational standards.
2. Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
3. Oversee training and development, collaborating with the Store Director and Education partners to implement ongoing training strategies.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews, manage performance assessments, and provide timely feedback for improvement.
5. Lead store operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
6. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding and influencing store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
2. Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.
