1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
2. Conduct final interviews for all key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
3. Oversee training-related functions and execute ongoing training strategies in collaboration with the Store Director and Education partners.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews and manage performance management situations.
5. Lead store operations, ensuring execution of all operational processes, including inventory management.
6. Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
