1. Oversee the management of people and operations within a specific Sephora store location.
2. Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
3. Manage training-related functions, collaborating with Store Directors and Education partners to develop training strategies.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews, overseeing performance management processes.
5. Lead store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards in inventory management, shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
6. Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses management.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
