1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and temporary positions.
2. Collaborate directly with hiring managers and HR partners to understand and market recruitment needs.
3. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
4. Proactively identify and utilize sourcing channels including social media, recruitment agencies, and corporate site.
5. Monitor recruitment reports and KPIs to ensure optimal internal client service.
6. Enhance the conversion rate of interns and apprentices to full-time graduate positions in collaboration with Campus Management.

1. Approximately 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency.

1. Passion for talent acquisition and candidate experience.
2. Strong listening, resilience, and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
4. Fluency in English.

Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, ideally within an agency setting.
