Sephora Assistant Manager, Supply Planning

1. Drive and manage the Open-to-Buy process to meet inventory targets.
2. Oversee the entire purchase order lifecycle from creation to delivery.
3. Assess supplier performance and participate in S&OP meetings.
4. Manage risks related to slow-moving or discontinued products.
5. Communicate delays, shortages, and potential interruptions to internal stakeholders.
6. Monitor inventory holding and align with purchasing plans and Open-to-Buy budget.
7. Collaborate with demand planners to ensure purchases support forecasts.
8. Review stock holding and initiate RTV discussions with brands regularly.
9. Highlight key risks and issues to support visibility for internal stakeholders.
10. Collaborate with vendors on KPI improvements.
11. Maintain and update supply planning parameters.
12. Ensure data accuracy for smooth planning and replenishment processes.
13. Monitor RPO and Newness POs from creation to arrival.
14. Perform lead time checks and track overdue deliveries.
15. Conduct regular reviews of supply reliability and delivery performance.
16. Track POs against requested ship dates to ensure timely delivery.
17. Manage risks related to excess stock, shelf life, and damages.
18. Escalate and resolve overdue or critical PO issues with vendors and stakeholders.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in demand forecasting and sales data analysis.
2. Skilled in supplier negotiations and cross-functional team collaboration.
3. Project management experience with a focus on supply chain initiatives.
4. Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and performance improvement strategies.
5. Familiarity with supply chain software, ERP systems, and S&OP processes.
6. Financial acumen for budgeting and cost management within supply chain operations.

At least 5 years in retail supply chain management and inventory optimization.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
