Sephora Talent Acquisition Assistant (Apprenticeship)

- Support end-to-end recruitment for headquarters roles (CDI/CDD/temporary) including intake, briefing with hiring managers and follow-up through to decision.
- Publish job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social networks; source and preselect candidates.
- Coordinate administrative aspects of recruitment and temporary contracts (onboarding paperwork, contract follow-up).
- Draft summaries of pre-qualification calls, interviews and reference checks; maintain candidate records.
- Monitor and report recruitment KPIs to provide an up-to-date view of pipelines and hiring progress.
- Research and propose innovative sourcing practices and channels (social media, external agencies, corporate site).
- Contribute to transversal HR/recruitment projects (onboarding seminars, employer brand initiatives, DEI actions).
- Enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme in Human Resources and seeking a 12‑month alternance starting September 2026.
- Ideally one prior internship or hands-on experience in recruitment or HR.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; professional level of English (oral and written).
- Curiosity and interest in sourcing diverse profiles across varied functions and an international environment.
- Candidate sourcing via social networks (e.g., LinkedIn) and external channels
- Job posting and vacancy promotion on recruitment platforms
- Candidate screening, interview note-taking and reference checks
- Administration of recruitment processes and contract follow-up
- Recruitment KPI tracking and reporting
- Stakeholder management with hiring managers
- Familiarity with employer branding and DEI initiatives
