- Manage supplier procurement processes, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and handling high complexity across multiple warehouses.
- Ensure timely stock availability at central and local warehouses.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships with brand partners.
- Consolidate stock, purchase, and coverage data for local and central operations.
- Coordinate with local entities in various countries to manage supply chain indicators.
- Monitor and communicate KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the introduction of new brands or references, ensuring logistical, financial, and marketing validations.
- Manage key storage parameters for central and local warehouses.
- Develop specific purchase plans for seasonal peaks and promotional periods.
- Conduct regular meetings with local markets to track indicators and future purchase levels.
- Consolidate data exchange with countries to provide a global overview to central teams.
- Weekly operational management of supplier orders, transit tracking, and retro planning anticipation.
- Engage in supplier follow-ups, order date updates, and manage shortages.
- Implement corrective actions post-analysis of shortages and overstock situations.
- Ensure accurate information flow from suppliers to internal stakeholders.
- Update databases according to supplier information.
- Handle supplier disputes and returns.
- Support Control Tower activities, managing and consolidating the Centcal perimeter.
- Animate the Sell In & Sell Out file according to the defined budget.
- Manage Centcal stock parameters of the central warehouse.
- Share the supply plan with centralized countries.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with specialization or experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Retail.

- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally within a Retail environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
