Sephora Supply Chain Manager

1. Lead and oversee end-to-end Supply Chain operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring seamless omni-channel service across stores and e-commerce platforms.
2. Manage local supply planning, store replenishment, logistics operations, and 3PL relationship management.
3. Drive daily operations, including new product and brand launches, while building future-ready supply chain systems and processes.
4. Optimize inventory levels and product availability through strategic replenishment and fulfillment strategies.
5. Enhance last-mile solutions to improve efficiency and customer convenience.
6. Supervise local warehouse operations and collaborate with 3PL partners to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
7. Coordinate with the retail team to adjust demand forecasts and manage over-stock and discontinued items.
8. Define and monitor key performance metrics and KPIs to address operational performance proactively.
9. Collaborate with Dubai Head Office on Sales & Operations Planning Process (S&OP) to support KPI analysis and action plans.
10. Lead and develop a team of seven professionals across logistics and planning.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. 7+ years of experience in managing Supply Chain operations
3. Middle East and KSA experience preferred
4. Experience in Retail, Cosmetics, Pharma, or FMCG preferred

1. Extensive expertise in Logistics, 3PL Management, and Demand & Supply Planning
2. Proficiency in planning systems/ERP (SAP and RELEX considered a plus)
3. Strong analytical skills

5. Effective communication skills
6. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
7. Results-oriented and proactive
8. Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain operations.

Bachelor’s degree required.
