1. Lead comprehensive supply chain analyses to enhance inventory efficiency and operational performance.
2. Serve as a subject matter expert in inventory management, reporting, and supply chain systems.
3. Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system requirements.
4. Conduct high-impact, ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations.
5. Independently manage projects in evolving environments, driving initiatives with minimal oversight.
6. Support strategic initiatives related to planning, forecasting, and allocation across the supply chain.
7. Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for informed decision-making.
8. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
9. Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, or a related field.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
3. Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and large data sets.
4. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, or a related field within a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $102,000.00 - $114,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
