1. Provide daily support on stock management and operational issues via the internal Sephora platform or Supply Chain Hotline.
2. Act as a dedicated contact for store needs, handling special orders and addressing messages directed to the Supply Chain.
3. Support store operations during opening, closing, and remodeling phases.
4. Monitor stock balancing and returns, ensuring efficient inventory management.
5. Generate reports on the quality of daily deliveries to stores.
6. Assist in achieving and exceeding sales targets by resolving store-raised issues promptly.
