Sephora Store Manager

1. Manage, develop, and coach the store team, conducting career and employee appraisals.
2. Act as a role model embodying the Sephora Attitude and transmitting the Sephora DNA.
3. Assume full responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year growth.
4. Analyze retail figures to devise sales activities that enhance store performance.
5. Ensure impeccable visual merchandising standards and timely implementation of updates and animations.
6. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a team focus on customer satisfaction.
7. Oversee the proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register management.
8. Manage goods from receipt to storage, including write-offs, returns, and tester management.

1. Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
2. At least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
3. Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.

1. Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
2. Hands-on mentality with a strong presence on the sales floor.
3. Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
4. Proficiency in English and the native language of the country.

A minimum of 3 years in retail, with a preference for experience in the beauty sector and previous management roles.

Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
