1. Bachelor's degree required.
2. Proven experience in retail management.
3. Desirable experience in the beauty industry.

4. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and staff.
5. Commitment to consistent and reliable service delivery.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in retail, with a preference for experience in the beauty sector.

Bachelor's degree required; foreign language proficiency is desirable.
