1. Lead and manage the store and its team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Foster a dynamic and inclusive store environment that celebrates diversity and empowers team members.
4. Oversee inventory management and ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
5. Cultivate strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.
6. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. Proficiency in managing KPIs and sales-oriented strategies.
4. High level of English proficiency and additional languages are advantageous.
