Sephora Store Manager

- Act as the local ambassador for Sephora and ensure full deployment of the company’s strategic initiatives within the store.
- Lead, coach and develop a commercial team to deliver exceptional client experiences and sustainable loyalty.
- Recruit, onboard and train store staff; instill a culture of sales excellence and customer-centric service.
- Set, monitor and evaluate Sales Manager targets; implement corrective and innovative action plans to achieve objectives.
- Drive sales of products and services through commercial initiatives, promotions and targeted customer conversion.
- Monitor store performance through financial and HR KPIs; analyse data to define improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards including visual identity, merchandising, in-store offers, services and stock management.
- Proven retail management capabilities with strong commercial orientation and customer-focus.
- Demonstrated ability to convert client advice into sales and to foster collective success.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a capacity to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret business and HR indicators to inform decisions.

Minimum 3 years' experience in retail/store management, preferably within beauty or luxury retail environments.
High-school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; tertiary education in business, retail management or hospitality is a plus.
