- Lead and manage the store and team with full control over KPIs.
- Develop and implement action plans to directly impact results.

- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Minimum of 1 year experience managing teams.
- Experience in retail or cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in managing sales KPIs and results-oriented approach.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills for KPI management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
At least 1 year of experience in team management within the retail or cosmetics sector.
