1. Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through participation in meetings and trainings.
2. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Provide support across multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for entire shifts, with or without accommodation.
3. Proficiency in using CCTV systems and exception-based reporting tools.

Beginner level experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.

$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
