- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and drive sales and profitability in a high-volume environment.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering growth, accountability, and exceeding performance goals.
- Recruit, onboard, and cultivate top talent to build an inclusive team that embodies Sephora’s values.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide real-time feedback and mentorship to support team members’ career development.

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,100.00 - $88,540.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
