- Lead and manage the store team to ensure exceptional client experiences and satisfaction.
- Implement and oversee floor leadership and management to maintain high standards of service.
- Drive sales and achieve commercial and operational KPIs through effective team motivation and management.
- Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures, including stock management and merchandising.
- Develop and execute strategies for business growth and market share expansion.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to analyze market conditions and propose action plans.
- Manage and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in store management.
- Advanced product knowledge and understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Strong digital orientation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
Proven successful role in managing with a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in store management.
Bachelor's degree.
