Sephora Store Manager

- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve commercial and operational KPIs.
- Manage floor leadership and ensure optimal team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer satisfaction metrics and develop action plans to enhance the client experience.
- Drive sales targets across various product categories and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including stock management and merchandising.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to analyze market conditions and propose business strategies.
- Motivate and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Facilitate in-store promotional events and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced product knowledge and intermediate health and safety knowledge.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and digital orientation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and commercial awareness.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and develop business acumen.
A minimum of 5 to 6 years of successful experience in store management is required.
Bachelor's degree.
