Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily warehouse KPIs, including inbound, outbound, accuracy, and productivity, and address deviations in real time.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues directly with the 3PL floor team.
  • Ensure milestones for loading and shipment departures are met.
  • Create and share reports on inbound and outbound activities with the French supply team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Sephora Collection and North American RDC 3PL partners.
  • Conduct daily operational meetings with 3PL teams to track performance and address issues.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, preparing scorecards and analyzing KPI trends.
  • Escalate service failures and track corrective action plans to closure.
  • Share weekly and monthly volume forecasts with 3PL partners for staffing and capacity planning.
  • Manage the full claims lifecycle, including detection, documentation, escalation, and resolution.
  • Review 3PL invoices against contractual rates and address discrepancies before approval.
  • Audit warehouse processes to ensure alignment with company SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related disciplines preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and/or APICS certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) highly desirable.
  • Mastery of French is a plus.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, versatility, and responsiveness. Strong project management skills from defining needs to delivering solutions. Competence in transportation and customs. Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik, Looker, etc.). Knowledge of WMS and SAP.

Experience

10+ years of experience in Warehouse Management in the United States, with experience in 3PL management highly preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related disciplines preferred.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $125,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
