Sephora Store Manager

1. Ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance, including budget and target attainment.
2. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as promotions, events, and new product launches.
3. Manage the store's profit and loss statement, including inventory discrepancies and operating costs.
4. Analyze and drive key performance indicators related to customer behavior.
5. Maintain optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
6. Implement company procedures and commercial policies established by central departments.
7. Lead and manage Sephora Specialists and foster a positive and collaborative team spirit.
8. Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR department to design customized internal career development programs.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
2. Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management and analysis.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and sizable team.
4. Strategic vision and problem-solving skills.
