1. University graduate with at least 5 years of managerial experience in the retail sector.

1. Strong command of MS Office applications with advanced reporting and analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in English for effective communication and global mindset.
3. Ability to manage and develop team potential, monitor performance, and ensure continuous development.
4. Awareness of industry trends and market dynamics.
