1. Lead and inspire store teams and customers by embodying Sephora's values.
2. Manage sales, profitability, and operational standards to ensure the store's sustainable success.
3. Ensure flawless and consistent customer service to enhance the Sephora experience.
4. Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities and implement strategic actions for growth.
5. Achieve sales targets while fostering meaningful customer relationships.
6. Build and motivate highly engaged teams to strengthen store culture.

1. University graduate with at least 5 years of managerial experience in the retail sector.

1. Strong command of MS Office applications with advanced reporting and analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in English for effective communication and global mindset.
3. Ability to manage and develop team potential, monitor performance, and ensure continuous development.
4. Awareness of industry trends and market dynamics.

At least 5 years of managerial experience in the retail sector, focusing on improving store performance.

University degree.
