Sephora Store Manager

1. Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and employees, including conducting career and employee appraisals.
2. Oversee recruitment strategies and the induction of new employees.
3. Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, analyzing key retail figures to drive store performance.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure order and cleanliness on the sales floor.
5. Create and communicate recaps and reports to internal interfaces.
6. Ensure excellent customer service and evaluate customer feedback to improve service.
7. Coordinate staff schedules and deployment plans.
8. Oversee inventory management and ensure proper opening and closing of the store.
9. Participate in retail projects and foster relationships with partners.

1. Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
2. At least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
3. Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.

3. Excellent communication and delegation skills.
4. Analytical and commercial working methods.
5. Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
6. Proficiency in English and native language of the country.

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, preferably within the beauty sector.
