1. Oversee and manage the store's client service experience, sales, productivity, and operations.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture for maximum profitability and compliance.
3. Forecast sales and payroll with the District Manager to drive store results.
4. Monitor sales results and communicate with staff to achieve sales plans and operating profits.
5. Develop strategies to grow the business, leveraging customer loyalty programs and events.
6. Maintain optimum staffing levels and recruit, interview, and hire for all positions.
7. Train, coach, and motivate department managers and leads to develop their skills.
8. Conduct inventories and maintain updated inventory records.
9. Make strategic merchandising decisions to grow the business.

1. 5+ years of senior management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service.
2. Proven track record of coaching high-performing teams.
3. Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions.
4. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales trends.

1. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
4. Ability to maintain composure and managerial courage.

5+ years in senior management within the beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
