1. Serve as the ambassador of Sephora, ensuring the implementation of the company's strategic vision within the store.
2. Lead and manage a commercial team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster client loyalty.
3. Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team, instilling a passion for retail excellence.
4. Define, monitor, and evaluate the objectives of Sales Managers.
5. Drive sales growth for Sephora products and services.
6. Optimize store performance through analysis of commercial and HR indicators, and develop corrective and innovative action plans.
7. Ensure compliance with visual identity, merchandising, offers, services, and stock management standards.
